The company's main products are the production and manufacturing of subway shield tunnel segments and prefabricated track slabs. The production models of shield tunnel segments on the automatic assembly line are: segments with outer diameters ranging from 6.0m to 8.3m; The production model of the track board production line is: track board with a length of 3.4m to 5.6m.

1. Scale of shield tunnel segment production line

There are a total of 5 pipe production lines set up in the company's pipe production area, among which each of the 1 # to 3 # pipe production lines can input 12 sets of "6+1" pipe mold or 14 sets of "5+1" pipe mold; Each production line from 4 # to 5 # can be equipped with 13 sets of "5+1 type" pipe segment molds. Each production line is equipped with a fully automatic steam curing system, ensuring that the pipe segments independently complete the four curing stages and time control of static stop, heating, constant temperature, and cooling processes under the temperature control system.

2. Production line design capacity

1 # Pipe production line:

12 sets of "6+1 type" pipe segment molds have been invested, with a designed production capacity of 30 rings per day;

14 sets of "5+1 type" pipe segment molds have been put into use, with a designed production capacity of 35 rings per day.

3. Introduction to pipe structure

The main material for shield tunnel segments is reinforced concrete structure, with a design strength grade of C50 and an anti-seepage grade of P12. According to the characteristics of mainstream subway shield tunneling products, the lining structure of each ring of pipe segments is abbreviated as "6+1 type" lining pipe segments and "5+1 type" lining pipe segments depending on the number of blocks.

6+1 "type pipe segments: Each lining ring consists of 7 pipe segments, including 1 sealing block, 2 adjacent blocks, and 4 standard blocks.

5+1 "type pipe segments: Each lining ring consists of 6 pipe segments, including 1 sealing block, 2 adjacent blocks, and 3 standard blocks.

Each ring of pipe segments is divided into straight ring, left turn bend ring, and right turn bend ring according to the different linear structures.
