01 Monorail bogie
The bogie of a straddle-type monorail vehicle is the core component of the monorail vehicle, and it is also the main vehicle structure part that can best reflect the characteristics of the straddle-type monorail train with strong climbing ability, small turning radius and low operating noise. Each bogie has 4 running wheels, 4 guide wheels and 2 stabilizing wheels, all of which use rubber tires.
02The connection of the subway train
The connection of subway trains adopts automatic, semi-automatic couplers or semi-permanent drawbars to connect each carriage according to needs. When the automatic coupler is connected or uncoupled, the mechanical, electrical and air paths are automatically connected or disconnected at the same time; when the semi-automatic coupler is connected or uncoupled, the mechanical and air paths are automatically connected or disconnected at the same time, and the circuit is connected by a special connecting line. or disconnect; semi-permanent drawbars are all connected or disconnected manually.
03Screen door system
The screen door system is a set of mechatronics equipment system installed on the edge of the station platform to improve the operational safety factor, improve the waiting environment, and save operating costs. The screen door of subway station is composed of door body, door operator, system control and power supply. In Chongqing Rail Transit, underground stations are called screen doors, and safety doors at ground and elevated stations are collectively called platform doors.
04 Train door number
Chongqing subway trains have 4 doors on one side of each car. Monorail trains have 2 doors on one side of each car. The train number consists of 7 digits + 1 letter. The first 6 digits represent the train number, the 7th digit represents the door number, and the 8th letter represents the door leaf (where A is the left door leaf and B is the right door leaf). The number of doors is based on a unit, facing the direction of the driver's cab.
05 Station platform type
There are three main types of platforms in Chongqing rail transit stations:
1. Island platform: Simply put, the tracks are on both sides of the platform (such as the Shapingba Station of Metro Line 1);
2. Side platform: Simply put, the track is in the middle of the platform, and the platform is on both sides of the track (such as the Tongyuan Bureau Station of Monorail Line 3);
3. Island-type and side-type hybrid platforms (such as the Zoo Station of Monorail Line 2).
